Who are we?
Welcome to Tripping the Write Fantastic! This server started in summer of 2020 when the founder, Sunny D, was at her wit's end (as the rest of us were) with the isolation. She started this whole thing looking to safely foster a sense of community with a group of like-minded writers, and TTWF was born.

In the two years that this server has existed, we've done so many amazing things. We run a zine that helps writers to get their work published, we've run many writing events for NaNoWriMo and other concepts, and we've partnered with other servers on Discord to help grow the writing community. Now, in 2022, we're bigger than ever and working between college courses to find new ways to connect.

We are a welcoming community dedicated to helping all writers find a place where they feel they belong! If you think that might be you, our server is always accepting new members.

Q: How can I join the server?
A: Click the link in the navigation menu to join the server on Discord. All you need is a Discord account!
Q: I've been banned or kicked, and I don't think I should have been.
A: You can follow this link to our appeal form and we will go from there.
Q: How can I become a moderator?
A: Any and all announcements about moderator applications will be posted on the server. Unless there is an active application form, assume that we are not looking for new mods at the moment!
Q: I have an idea for something for the server. How can I help make it happen?
A: Use the #suggestions channel in the server to suggest your idea. We will follow up with you!
